No. To ensure the best security for you, we only delete accounts if the account owner requests it, and we do not recycle email addresses.

Yes. You can upgrade your account type and begin using new features at anytime whether you are on a monthly or yearly subscription. You can also downgrade at anytime even though your payments will coincide with the account type you originally subscribed to until the end of your commitment term.

Any mobile device that has an active sync connector can be connected and synced by any user. Administrator users have great control over mobile device management and can handle batch syncing.

Maximum size of emails is 30MB and maximum size of files is 20GB.
Yes. You can access your email through clients that use POP/IMAP/SMTP protocols
On the contact interface, there is a built-in option for users to import whole address books. If you need to import a large amount of books or directories, then an administrative user has access to these features in their admin interface.
We provide several different options based on your security needs. You can share documents using a simple link, or choose more advanced methods such as password protected links, links with an expiration date, or both.
You can access files as long as the Mail In Cloud user provides you permission. Once the Mail In Cloud user has deactivated the link, either automatically or manually, you will no longer have access to the file.
Every time you share a document with others, you are notified when and by who your document has been viewed and even downloaded.
